• Role & Company / Project Overview: Sarovar Portico Somnath, a premier hospitality destination in Somnath, Gujarat, is urgently hiring a Senior Guest Service Associate (Senior GSA) for its Food & Beverage Service department. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Oversee station dining operations, service flow, and guest hospitality during busy shifts. - Guide, train, and support junior GSAs and trainees on service etiquette, table setup, and upselling techniques. - Address guest feedback, resolve customer concerns promptly, and ensure a smooth dining journey. - Coordinate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverage orders. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management / Hospitality with established experience as a GSA or Senior GSA in quality dining hotels or restaurants. - Strong leadership, communication, guest handling, and billing management skills. - Professional demeanor and commitment to exceptional hospitality standards. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Sarovar Portico Somnath, Somnath, Gujarat, India (On-site). - Rotational dining and banquet shifts. • Application Instructions: - Submit your CV to the human resources email address.
