Role & Company / Project Overview: • Company: Royal Orchid Hotels & Resorts / Regenta Forest Resort • Department: Food & Beverage (F&B) Service • Openings: HoD-Level to Junior-Level Openings (F&B Manager, Captain, Stewards/Waitstaff) • Dedicated to delivering exceptional dining and banquet hospitality experiences to resort guests. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Greet and attend to restaurant, dining, banquet, and room service orders with professional hospitality etiquette. • Present menus, provide food and beverage recommendations, and ensure timely service. • For supervisory/HoD roles: Manage restaurant floor operations, train service personnel, coordinate banquet functions, and handle guest feedback. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Degree/diploma in Hotel Management or previous food and beverage service experience in hotels or resorts. • Courteous presentation, strong verbal communication, and customer care orientation.
