Job description

### Role & Company / Project Overview A leading Real Estate organization is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Quantity Surveyor (QS) in Colombo, Sri Lanka, to support project costing, payment verification, and budget control. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Verify BOQs against project drawings and specifications. • Perform quantity take-offs, measurements, and cost assessments. • Review contractor bills, claims, variations, and payments. • Monitor project costs, budgets, and material usage. • Conduct site visits and prepare cost and procurement reports. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying. • 1–3 years of experience in the construction industry. • Knowledge of BOQs, cost management, and construction materials. • Ability to interpret construction drawings. • Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office. • Experience in billing and payment verification is an added advantage. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Colombo, Western Province, Sri Lanka (Onsite) ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV/application to the provided recruiter email.
