• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Lead Software Engineer for an onsite role in Cincinnati, OH. This is not a traditional Data Engineer role; we are looking for a Lead Software Engineer capable of building backend services, supporting a cloud data platform, leading engineering work, and mentoring developers. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Build and architect robust backend services and microservices. - Support and scale enterprise cloud data platforms. - Lead technical engineering initiatives and architectural decisions. - Mentor, guide, and support software development team members. - Implement Domain-Driven Design principles across services. - Establish and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines and unit testing practices. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 12+ years of professional software development experience. - Strong expertise in Python and FastAPI. - Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services, specifically AKS, Function Apps, and Service Bus. - Solid experience working with Databricks and PySpark. - Deep understanding and practical application of Domain-Driven Design (DDD). - Experience with CI/CD implementation and unit testing using Pytest. - Strong SQL skills. - Candidate profile: USC / GC / EAD only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cincinnati, OH. - Working Arrangement: 5 Days Onsite from Day 1.
