Role & Company / Project Overview: We are actively hiring for a contract opportunity for a Senior Network Manager in Chicago, IL. This role is open to locals or nearby candidates only, requiring USC or Green Card status. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and manage Network Engineering teams and NOC operations • Oversee enterprise network operations, engineering, security, and implementation for an enterprise environment of 1000+ users • Manage and maintain routing, switching, WAN/LAN, VPN, and firewalls • Drive ITIL framework practices, ServiceNow ITSM, and CMDB administration • Direct Incident, Change, and SLA Management processes Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 7+ years of experience managing Network Engineering teams & NOC operations • 8+ years of experience in Network Operations, Engineering, Security & Implementation • Proven experience in enterprise environments with 1000+ users • Strong technical expertise in Routing, Switching, WAN/LAN, VPN, and Firewalls • Proficiency in ITIL, ServiceNow ITSM, and CMDB • Extensive experience handling Incident, Change & SLA Management • USC or Green Card holders only Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chicago, IL (Locals or Nearby Only) • Employment: Contract (C2C / W2 / 1099) • Interview Format: Virtual / Onsite Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive contract rate based on experience Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can apply by submitting an updated resume through the designated contact channel.
