• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Technical Manager – Network Infrastructure to lead enterprise networking operations, infrastructure initiatives, and technical troubleshooting. The ideal candidate is a technically strong network professional with enterprise networking expertise and a proven track record of leading teams and infrastructure projects. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead enterprise networking operations and critical infrastructure initiatives. - Oversee and execute complex technical troubleshooting to drive swift problem resolution. - Lead network engineering teams and effectively manage infrastructure projects from conception to completion. - Manage stakeholder communication and provide strong technical leadership. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders only. - Strong hands-on experience with enterprise routers, switches, and network infrastructure. - Deep expertise in SD-WAN, LAN/WAN, and enterprise network architecture. - Strong working understanding of BGP, OSPF, VLANs, and advanced routing protocols. - Proven experience leading network engineering teams and managing large-scale infrastructure projects. - Exceptional technical leadership, communication, and stakeholder management capabilities. - Cisco and/or Juniper networking experience preferred. - CCNP or CCIE certification is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: New Jersey preferred. • Compensation & Benefits: Not specified. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their resumes along with current location, work authorization status, total experience, and availability.
