Role & Company / Project Overview: TECHZENZA – Technology & Skill Development Academy is hiring a passionate and knowledgeable Software Testing Trainer to join its growing team and IT training institute. The role focuses on delivering comprehensive training to help shape the next generation of future-ready IT professionals. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Deliver practical training on Manual Testing and Automation Testing. • Train students on Selenium, TestNG, Maven, and Git (or similar testing tools). • Guide students on test case preparation, test execution, and defect/bug reporting. • Provide hands-on project training and prepare students for technical interviews. • Evaluate student progress, provide constructive feedback, and foster a learning-focused environment. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Manual Testing and Automation Testing. • Practical expertise with Selenium, TestNG, Maven, Git, or similar automated testing tools. • Experience in writing test cases, executing tests, and bug reporting. • Open to fresher and experienced professionals, as well as industry experts passionate about teaching. • Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication, and effective teaching skills. • Prior experience in training will be an added advantage.
