### Role & Company / Project Overview Roystian Foundation is looking for an experienced QA professional who is passionate about teaching and helping aspiring IT professionals build their careers as a Freelance QA Automation Testing Trainer. The goal is to make practical, industry-oriented learning more accessible by training professionals with around 3–4 years of experience who want to strengthen their QA skills and advance their careers in IT. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Teach and mentor candidates in Manual Testing and Automation Testing fundamentals and advanced concepts. • Train candidates on Test Cases preparation, Test Execution, and Defect Reporting. • Instruct on Selenium with Java/Python. • Cover API Testing and SQL. • Deliver real-world testing practices and conduct interview preparation sessions. • Guide candidates with 3–4 years of experience to help them elevate their IT testing careers. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 4 to 6 years of professional experience in QA (Quality Assurance). • Prior training or mentoring experience is preferred. • Deep expertise in Manual Testing, Automation Testing, Selenium with Java or Python, API Testing, and SQL. • Working professionals currently employed with IT companies are welcome to apply, provided they can commit to the training schedule and comply with their employer's policies. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location / Work Mode: Remote / Online. • Engagement: Freelance (Part-time / Flexible schedule). ### Compensation & Benefits • Payment: Per candidate, based on mutual agreement. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply by submitting their resume to the designated hiring contact via email or messaging on WhatsApp.
