Role & Company / Project Overview: LogFix is hiring a hands-on Clinic Operations & Data Analyst. The role focuses on helping understand and improve clinic performance through reliable data and practical operational insights. The candidate will audit clinic data, analyze operational performance, build dashboards, identify gaps in data capture, and turn findings into actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Audit clinic data and evaluate operational performance across processes • Build, deploy, and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting solutions • Identify operational gaps in data capture and workflows • Clean, combine, and validate data sourced from multiple disparate systems • Turn analytical findings into clear, practical recommendations for process enhancement • Collaborate closely with doctors, front-office personnel, and operational teams to align data insights with daily operations Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 3 to 5 years of professional experience in operations, business, or healthcare analytics • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL • Hands-on experience developing reports and dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools • Demonstrated ability to clean, combine, and validate multi-source data • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with doctors, front-office staff, and operations teams • Robust analytical mindset with proven capabilities in translating raw metrics into operational decisions • Notice Period: Immediate Joiners preferred Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Job Type: Permanent • Location: Egmore, Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India Compensation & Benefits: • Budget: 4–5 LPA (INR 400,000 – 500,000 per annum) Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated resume with the recruitment team for review.
