Role & Company / Project Overview: Hiring for an MIS Analyst position based in Hyderabad with a focus on data reporting, analytics, and finance & operations support. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Extract, query, and report data using SQL. • Automate reports and conduct data analysis using Python. • Prepare, maintain, and ensure the accuracy and timely delivery of MIS reports. • Handle attendance preparation and tracking. • Perform salary, payout, and incentive calculations. • Execute financial data reconciliation. • Apply AI tools and utilize Google Cloud Platform (GCP) for practical reporting workflows. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analytics, or finance operations. • Technical Skills: SQL (data extraction, querying, reporting), Python (data analysis, report automation), AI Tools (basic knowledge & practical applications), Google Cloud Platform (GCP basic knowledge), and Advanced Excel (MIS reporting and data analysis). • Finance & Operations Experience: Must possess a finance background or prior experience in finance-related tasks. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Hyderabad. • Joining: Immediate joiners preferred. Compensation & Benefits: • CTC: ₹3 LPA (₹3,00,000 per annum).
