Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring a Data Analyst for a full-time position in Bangalore, India. The candidate will support analytics across digital platforms, dealers, CRM, and customer support operations. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Analyze website, chatbot, and connected app performance. • Evaluate dealer performance, sales figures, service metrics, and inventory/stock trends. • Analyze marketing campaign performance, customer feedback, and Net Promoter Score (NPS). • Monitor call center agent performance, customer sentiment, and Voice of Customer (VoC). Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Strong hands-on SQL experience. • Excellent Power BI and interactive dashboard development skills. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. • Willingness to explore and leverage AI tools in day-to-day analytics workflows. • Basic Python knowledge, including libraries such as NumPy and Pandas, is considered an advantage. • Fresher IT candidates eligible.
