### Role & Company / Project Overview We are urgently hiring experienced Senior Software Engineers for exciting opportunities in Charlotte, NC. This position is strictly W2 ONLY (No C2C / No 1099). We are seeking strong hands-on development profiles to build production application architectures, robust data pipelines, and cloud automation workflows. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Develop and maintain production applications using Python. • Write advanced SQL queries and perform rigorous database query optimization. • Build and orchestrate scalable data pipelines and RESTful APIs. • Implement infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform and develop automation solutions. • Design, manage, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitLab. • Leverage AWS cloud services to host, monitor, and scale applications. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • Experience: 9 Years required (10 Years Preferred). • Strong Python Development expertise. • Advanced SQL & Query Optimization proficiency. • Experience with JavaScript & Terraform. • Hands-on background in Data Pipelines & API Development. • Proficient with GitLab CI/CD & Automation. • Solid experience in AWS Cloud Services. • Proven track record in Production Application Development. • Preferred skills: Flask, Dash, React, AI Agents, RAG, and domain experience in Capital Markets, Finance, or Risk. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: 601 S.
