• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring US Staffing Agents to join our outbound staffing team targeting the US market. The primary focus of the role is engaging with veterinary doctors across the United States to present temporary locum / clinic job opportunities, gathering and qualifying leads, and passing prospective candidates to the closing team. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Reach out directly to veterinary doctors across the US via outbound calling and communications. - Present temporary staffing / clinical employment opportunities. - Collect, screen, evaluate, and qualify candidate leads effectively. - Hand off qualified prospective candidates smoothly to the closing recruitment team. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Fluency in English (C1 level required). - 1 to 2 years of prior experience in Outbound Sales or Lead Generation. - Background in Medical, Healthcare, or Staffing is a plus. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Rotational shifts, including overnight shifts. - Work location: Onsite at Mall El Bostan, Downtown Cairo, Egypt. • Compensation & Benefits: - Basic Salary: 15,000 EGP per month. - KPIs: 5,000 EGP per month. - Transportation Allowance: 2,200 EGP per month. - Commission: $50–$100 USD per successfully hired doctor. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates with the required qualifications should text their details to the provided contact number.
