• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring Call Center Agents for a U.S. Account at United Fund located in Zahraa El Maadi. This role offers high earning potential with a competitive basic salary, daily bonuses, and attractive commissions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Communicate with U.S. clients - Qualify leads effectively - Transfer qualified calls to appropriate teams - Achieve daily performance targets and earn attractive commissions • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - English proficiency level C1 or C2 / C1 or above - Excellent verbal communication skills - Professional attitude and conduct - High level of commitment and reliability - Willingness to continuously learn and grow • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Shift Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM - Location: Zahraa El Maadi, Cairo, Egypt (United Fund) • Compensation & Benefits - Net basic salary: 25,000 EGP - Commissions up to $1,000 USD or above plus basic salary - Daily bonuses and high earning potential • Application Instructions - Ready for an online interview?
