Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager specializing in Hotel and Hospitality to join our on-site team in Nasr City, Cairo, Egypt. The position is responsible for driving new hospitality business opportunities and expanding our overall development pipeline. Primary duties include identifying and sourcing development opportunities across hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, and hospitality-led real estate. The ideal candidate will build and foster strong, long-term relationships with property owners, real estate developers, investors, and landlords. Key responsibilities involve sourcing management, lease, franchise, and partnership business models, managing a robust pipeline of prospective projects, and performing comprehensive market research to target expansion areas. Requirements include 5+ years of experience in business development, hospitality development, or real estate, combined with deep knowledge of hotel operating models. Candidates must possess outstanding negotiation, networking, presentation, and relationship-building capabilities. A well-established personal network within the hospitality and real estate sectors is highly preferred.
