• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced MHP Compliance Project Manager to support Mental Health Parity and Addiction Equity Act (MHPAEA) financial requirements compliance initiatives within the healthcare payer industry. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Lead and coordinate Mental Health Parity compliance projects. - Manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables. - Track project risks, issues, action items, and compliance activities. - Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders. - Prepare detailed project status reports and executive presentations. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings and steering committee updates. - Ensure timely completion of project deliverables and adhere strictly to regulatory requirements. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 4+ years of project management experience. - 2+ years of relevant healthcare experience, with mandatory healthcare payer experience. - Knowledge of MHPAEA and regulatory compliance initiatives is highly preferred. - Experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Visio, or similar project management tools. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. - Proven experience managing multiple projects and cross-functional initiatives. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Boston, Massachusetts, United States (Local candidates strongly preferred). - Employment Type: Potential Temp-to-Hire. - Engagement: C2C candidates accepted. - Interview Process: 2–3 rounds via MS Teams. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to share an updated resume or reach out directly.
