• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring a Clinical Business Analyst / Project Manager for a 12+ month contract position supporting our client, Cognizant, within the Life Sciences, Pharma, and Pharmaceutical domain. The role involves driving technology and process initiatives within the Clinical Development and Life Sciences space. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Lead clinical projects from initial planning through successful delivery. - Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders across science, data, and business operations. - Support business requirements gathering, analysis, and detailed documentation. - Manage project timelines, risks, issues, scope, and deliverables. - Drive process improvements and technology implementation initiatives within clinical trials. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Proven experience combining Project Management and Business Analysis. - Domain expertise in Clinical Operations, Drug Development, Life Sciences, and Pharma. - CMC regulatory workflow experience. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Cambridge / Boston, Massachusetts, United States. - Work Model: Hybrid (3 days onsite per week in Cambridge/Boston). - Duration: 12+ Months. - Employment Type: W2 Only (Contract). • Application Instructions Interested candidates should forward an updated resume to the hiring team.
