• Role & Company / Project Overview Infoway Group is seeking an experienced Gen AI Engineer with focused expertise in Agentic AI, Python, and Azure AI services to design, develop, and deliver robust enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions aligned with key business requirements. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and implement enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions. - Build, test, and implement complex Agentic AI workflows. - Develop, evaluate, test, and optimize prompt engineering strategies for Large Language Models (LLMs). - Integrate LLM-based solutions and AI capabilities with existing enterprise applications, systems, and APIs. - Monitor AI outputs and model performance for quality, relevance, safety, and reliability. - Maintain detailed technical documentation and drive continuous technical improvements. - Collaborate effectively with platform and enterprise architecture teams for seamless AI solution deployment. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8–10 years of overall technical experience. - U.S. Citizenship or Green Card (USC / GC) work authorization required. - Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI development. - Demonstrated proficiency with LangChain, LangGraph, Deep Agents, and Skill Agents. - Advanced Python programming capabilities and extensive AI solution development experience. - Hands-on experience with Azure AI ecosystem, including Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Document Intelligence, Azure Storage, and Azure Cosmos DB. - Deep understanding of Generative AI principles, prompt design, and prompt engineering optimization. - Proven background in integrating LLMs with enterprise systems and backend APIs. - Practical experience monitoring AI outputs to ensure quality, accuracy, and operational reliability. - Experience working in Agile delivery environments with strong communication and collaborative skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Boston, MA. • Compensation & Benefits - Compensation details not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume to the designated recruiter.
