Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring for the position of Senior AI Engineer / Agentic AI Engineer / Developer based in Chicago, IL. This role is strictly onsite for local candidates. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design and develop AI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents. • Build RAG pipelines and multi-agent workflows. • Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications and APIs. • Optimize AI solutions for performance, accuracy, and scalability. • Deploy, monitor, and maintain production-ready AI applications. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 12+ years of overall IT experience. • Strong hands-on experience in Agentic AI and Generative AI. • Strong Python programming and software engineering skills. • Proficiency in Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI. • Extensive experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and semantic search. • Expertise in LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel. • Experience with multi-agent systems, agent orchestration, and prompt engineering. • Hands-on experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, or Anthropic Claude. • Proficiency with REST APIs, SQL, and production AI application deployment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite – Local candidates in the Chicago, IL area only). • Must be available to work onsite. No relocation candidates.
