Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design and build autonomous AI agents and multi-agent workflows. - Develop agent orchestration utilizing LangGraph and LangChain. - Build enterprise-grade Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI-powered copilots. - Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and external tools. - Implement Model Context Protocol (MCP), tool calling, memory management, and AI evaluation frameworks. - Deploy secure, scalable AI applications on AWS using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD. - Implement responsible AI practices, security, governance, and Bedrock Guardrails. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: - 7+ years of software engineering experience. - 4+ years of hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG. - 2+ years of experience building Agentic AI or Multi-Agent systems. - Proven experience deploying production-scale AI solutions in cloud environments. - Technical Skills: - AWS Bedrock, Amazon Bedrock AgentCore. - Agentic AI, Multi-Agent Systems, Large Language Models (LLMs). - LangGraph, LangChain, MCP (Model Context Protocol). - Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). - Vector Databases, Embeddings, Indexing, Retrieval & Re-ranking. - Prompt Engineering, LLM Evaluation & Guardrails. - Python, REST APIs, Microservices. - React and modern frontend frameworks. - AWS Cloud, Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC). - GitLab CI/CD. - Good to Have: - Knowledge graphs, graph-based reasoning, Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) workflows, and enterprise AI copilots. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid work setup). - Interview Process: Two rounds of face-to-face (F2F) interviews. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates should submit their updated resume for consideration.
