• Role & Company / Project Overview: Prosperr is looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead in Bengaluru to set the technical direction of their fintech platform while continuing to actively write code. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Set overall technical direction and architectural standards for engineering squads. - Remain hands-on and write production code on a regular basis. - Ensure system robustness when traffic spikes significantly before tax filing deadlines. - Architect resilient services to handle duplicate calls safely (idempotent tax return submissions). - Lead and mentor engineering team members through rigorous code reviews and architecture design. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 5+ years of software engineering and leadership experience. - Proven track record of shipping complex systems and explaining the core technical rationale behind key decisions. - Strong architectural and hands-on coding capabilities. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - Work mode: In office • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation commensurate with leadership scope in a fast-paced fintech company. • Application Instructions: - Email your profile with the role clearly stated in the subject line to the hiring manager.
