• Role & Company / Project Overview: Exciting opportunity for a Tech Lead Engineer role with a product company. We are looking for candidates from startups or scalable product companies with strong ownership, architecture, and technical leadership capabilities who have worked closely with CTO-level leadership. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design and build highly scalable backend systems - Provide architectural direction and technical leadership - Lead, mentor, and guide engineering team members - Collaborate closely with CTO-level leadership to drive product and engineering goals • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Experience: 13 to 17 years - Strong expertise in Java - Hands-on experience with Kafka, AWS, and Microservices architecture - Familiarity with Jenkins, Git, and Terraform - Strong experience in designing and building scalable backend systems - Proven background in Startups / Scalable Product companies - Demonstrated experience working closely with CTO-level leadership - Proven team leading experience • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India - Notice Period: Immediate / Serving / 1 Month • Application Instructions: Interested candidates can share their updated resume for consideration.
