Role & Company / Project Overview: People Gamut HR Solutions is hiring a Staff Engineer – Java Backend for a US-based product company located in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Develop and architect large-scale software products. • Design high-performance backend systems and low-level designs (LLD). • Build and scale microservices and AI platform components. • Implement and maintain scalable cloud architecture on AWS. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Total Experience: 7 to 12 years. • Strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices. • Hands-on experience building an AI Platform. • Cloud expertise: AWS. • Solid design and architectural experience, including Low-Level Design (LLD). • Proven track record of developing and architecting large-scale software products. • Candidates from B2C product MNCs are preferred. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Notice Period: Early joiners preferred.
