• Role & Company / Project Overview We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Lead who can drive technical architecture, deliver enterprise-grade applications, and combine hands-on engineering with strategic leadership. This role is suited for an engineering professional passionate about building scalable, cloud-first applications and leading high-performing development teams. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Drive technical architecture and take ownership of technical direction - Deliver scalable enterprise-grade applications and lead innovative engineering initiatives - Combine hands-on engineering with strategic technical delivery - Lead engineering teams and mentor developers - Manage production deployments and client stakeholder interactions • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 8+ years of relevant experience - Strong expertise in React.js, Node.js, Python, JavaScript, and full-stack development - Experience with microservices architecture, event-driven systems, and REST API design - Strong database design and development experience, preferably with PostgreSQL - Expertise in system design, enterprise application development, and production deployments - Proven track record leading engineering teams, mentoring developers, and managing technical delivery - Excellent problem-solving and client stakeholder management skills • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via the designated hiring email address.
