Role & Company / Project Overview: Skill2Hire Technologies is hiring an SDE III (Frontend / Backend) on behalf of a leading product-based company. This position is based in Bangalore (MG Road, near Trinity Metro Station) with a working arrangement of 4 days work from office (WFO) and Friday work from home (WFH). Bangalore-based candidates are preferred (other locations not considered). Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Design, develop, and deliver high-performance frontend and backend software architectures and scalable services. • Build robust microservices and scalable distributed systems using modern design patterns. • Develop data pipelines, database models, and efficient storage layers. • Participate in system design, problem solving, and managerial evaluation rounds. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional product and engineering teams. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of relevant software development experience. • Hands-on proficiency across modern frontend and backend technologies. • Core technical stack includes: React, Flutter, Node.js, Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka. • Strong system design, problem solving, and debugging abilities. • Interview Process: 4 rounds including Face-to-Face Discussion (Mandatory), System Design & Problem Solving, Technical Evaluation, and Managerial Round. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore – MG Road (Near Trinity Metro Station), Karnataka, India. • Work Model: Hybrid (4 Days WFO | Friday WFH).
