Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Tech Lead / Lead Developer to work on a critical banking-domain project for one of our biggest clients at DigiLeap. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and mentor development teams while working closely with clients and stakeholders • Design large-scale Salesforce solutions in the banking domain • Drive Salesforce architecture, development, CI/CD, and deployment processes • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and project tracking Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 9+ years of experience in Salesforce / CRM • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce Architecture & Development • Strong command over Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Visualforce • Proficiency with Lightning Web Components (LWC) & Aura • Expertise in Salesforce Declarative Development • Deep knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Experience Cloud • Financial Services Cloud experience is good to have • Integration skills: REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth & SSO • Knowledge of Salesforce Security, Sharing Rules & User Management • Managed Packages: 1st Gen / 2nd Gen • Experience with CI/CD & Salesforce Deployment • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder management skills Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Work setting: Onsite/Office-based as required Application Instructions: • Interested candidates can share their updated resume along with Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, and Preferred Location via email.
