• Role & Company / Project Overview: Resonant Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Sr. RFIC Design Engineer to work on high-performance RFIC design and RF components in Bengaluru, Karnataka. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Perform RFIC power amplifier design and RF circuit development. - Design RFIC power amplifiers from scratch. - Design RFIC blocks including power amplifiers, drivers, LNAs, VGAs, and bias circuits. - Execute simulation, layout, EM extraction, and validation using industry-standard tools. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Education & Experience: B.Tech. with 5+ years of experience OR M.Tech. with 3+ years of experience in RFIC design. - Hands-on experience designing RFIC blocks such as power amplifiers, drivers, LNAs, VGAs, and bias circuits. - Proven track record of designing RFIC power amplifiers from scratch. - Strong understanding of RF fundamentals, including Gain, NF, IP3, OP1dB, ACPR, and PAE. - Proficiency in Keysight ADS and Cadence Virtuoso suite (Schematic, Maestro, ADEXL, Layout XL, Spectre/AMS). • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. - Department: RF. - Employment Type: Full-Time. • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates can send their resume to the hiring team via email.
