Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview LeadIC Design is urgently hiring for the position of Circuit Design Engineer to work on advanced FinFET nodes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Design and optimize high-speed and analog circuits in advanced FinFET nodes (TSMC 16nm and below). - Perform PVT simulations and worst-case analysis. - Collaborate cross-functionally with Layout, Verification, and Reliability teams. - Support IP integration, manufacturability, and yield enhancement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Experience: 5+ years of relevant experience in circuit design. - Notice Period: Immediate joiners preferred. - Process Node: TSMC 16nm and below. - Key Skills: * Analog & high-speed circuit design. * Transmitter/Receiver Equalization – FFE / CTLE / DFE. * DDR & SerDes PHY IP circuit architecture and schematic design. * PVT corner and worst-case simulations. * Op-amps, Bandgap, Regulators, Charge Pumps, ADC, PLL, DLL & CDR. * Cadence ADE/Artist, Spectre, EMIR & Reliability flows. * ESD-aware circuit design and power/performance/area (PPA) optimization. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work setup: Onsite. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should submit their resume via email.
