### Role & Company / Project Overview Urgent hiring for UK Inbound Customer Service Representatives handling a high-earning UK process based in Bangalore. The role handles inbound calls from existing customers looking to upgrade their plans, requiring consultative service and sales handling without any cold calling. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Handle approximately 30 to 35 inbound customer calls per day. - Upselling: Assist existing customers who are actively calling in to upgrade to higher service packages. - Cross-selling: Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable additional products and services. - Provide quality customer assistance, make tailored offers, and deliver high first-call resolution. - Zero outbound calling, no cold calling, no lead generation, no chasing or customer acquisition. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Open to both Freshers and Experienced customer support professionals. - Strong spoken English communication and active listening skills for interacting with UK customers. - Upselling/consultative sales capability. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Work Schedule: 5 days working per week with 2 rotational week-offs. - Shift Timing: UK Afternoon shift. - Shift Duration: 8 hours of work plus a 1-hour break. - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India (On-site). ### Compensation & Benefits - Total Monthly Earning Potential: ₹40,000 to ₹50,000 for Freshers; ₹70,000 to ₹1,00,000 for Experienced professionals (fixed take-home salary + incentives earned in GBP (£) and converted to INR). - Fixed Base Salary: • Freshers: ₹25,000 per month fixed + unlimited incentives in Pounds. • Experienced: ₹40,000 per month fixed + unlimited incentives in Pounds. - Performance Incentives: • 5% upsell incentive earned in Pounds and converted to INR during On-the-Job Training (OJT). • Guaranteed ₹4,500 flat payout if no upsells are made. • 80% incentive earned in Pounds and paid in INR post-training. - Allowances & Perks: • Free comprehensive health insurance coverage for the entire family. • ₹1,300 monthly food allowance. • Travel allowance provided based on distance for non-cab users. ### Application Instructions - Contact the HR hiring partner directly via the provided phone number for end-to-end interview guidance. 100% free recruitment.
