• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring experienced AI Risk Assessment and AI Governance Professionals to support AI risk assessments, responsible AI practices, and model governance initiatives in Bengaluru. The hiring initiative has 4 open positions for professionals with hands-on expertise in AI governance, responsible AI, model risk management, or AI/ML risk assessment. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Assess AI use cases and classify risks based on impact and materiality - Review model purpose, data, performance, limitations, and controls - Evaluate AI systems for fairness, explainability, privacy, and robustness - Maintain AI inventories, risk documentation, and governance records - Coordinate model validation, risk remediation, and ongoing monitoring • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Total Experience: 10+ years overall - Relevant Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in AI governance or model risk management - AI Governance & Model Risk Management - AI/ML Model Lifecycle, Validation & Monitoring - AI Risk Assessment & Control Design - Fairness, Explainability, Privacy & Security - Generative AI (GenAI) & Agentic AI Awareness - Data Governance & AI Documentation - Audit Evidence, Risk Records & Compliance Controls - Red Teaming, Issue Remediation & Ongoing Monitoring - Executive Reporting & Stakeholder Management • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India - Work Mode: Hybrid - Interview Mode: Face-to-Face • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified • Application Instructions: Share your updated resume via email with the recruitment team.
