Role & Company / Project Overview: EY India – Risk Consulting is hiring professionals at Consultant to Manager levels in Bangalore. This position is tailored for professionals seeking to fuse deep functional knowledge with data analytics and AI to drive next-generation risk consulting and business transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Lead and contribute to analytics-enabled consulting engagements in Internal Audit, Risk, and Compliance • Develop and apply technology-enabled risk consulting frameworks and data-backed transformation solutions • Translate complex data flows and business processes into actionable insights using AI and automation • Actively explore and apply emerging capabilities including GenAI, Agentic AI, and automation tools • Underrun domestic travel requirements across client engagements as needed Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Consultant to Manager level experience with comprehensive process and functional acumen • Hands-on experience delivering analytics-enabled projects in Risk, Internal Audit, Compliance, or Transformation • Solid grasp of data analytics combined with foundational familiarity with AI/ML principles • Proven ability to handle technology-enabled risk consulting implementations • Passion for emerging developments in GenAI, Agentic AI, and data-driven business advisory • Bonus: Chartered Accountants (CA), Big 4 consulting background, industry exposure to Retail, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, or ERP platforms such as SAP and Oracle Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Travel: Open to domestic travel • Work Mode: Onsite / Hybrid Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits in line with Big 4 standards Application Instructions: • Interested candidates should share their updated resume with the EY India talent acquisition contacts.
