• Role & Company / Project Overview Exciting career opportunity with a Big 4 firm hiring qualified CA and MBA professionals for Internal Audit roles based in Bangalore. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Execute Internal Audit and Risk-Based Audit assignments. - Evaluate internal controls, business processes, and risk management systems. - Identify operational risks, control gaps, and compliance issues. - Prepare audit reports and recommend process improvements. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely closure of audit findings. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - CA Candidates: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience with relevant experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Risk Advisory, or Internal Controls. - MBA Candidates: Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience with experience in Internal Audit, Risk Management, Process Audit, or Internal Controls. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India - Notice Period: Immediate joiners to a maximum of 30 days • Compensation & Benefits - Minimum CTC Required: Rs 10 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum) • Application Instructions - Interested candidates can share their updated CV for consideration.
