Role & Company / Project Overview: We are looking for an experienced AI Infrastructure Engineer to manage and govern enterprise AI platforms, agent ecosystems, security controls, automation, and platform operations in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate should demonstrate strong technical judgment, governance expertise, operational ownership, and the ability to adapt to rapidly evolving AI technologies. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Oversee enterprise AI platforms: Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude Enterprise, Google Gemini Enterprise • Administer agent platforms: Copilot Studio, Agent Builder, Microsoft Agent 365, Salesforce Agentforce • Support cloud AI platforms: Microsoft Foundry, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI • Implement identity, security, and compliance controls via Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Purview, and Microsoft Defender • Build and maintain automation using PowerShell 7, Microsoft Graph, APIs, and CLIs • Direct AI agent lifecycle management, access controls, governance, and policy enforcement • Manage DLP, audit logging, sensitivity labelling, and environment management • Handle incident management, service operations, licensing, cost optimisation, and usage analytics • Conduct release monitoring, produce governance documentation and runbooks, and lead stakeholder collaboration Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • 8+ years of relevant experience • Strong analytical thinking and independent decision-making skills • Proven experience establishing governance standards and operational procedures • Demonstrated ability to assess AI-related risks and implement practical controls • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration capabilities • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving AI technology environment Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India • Engagement: Contract-to-Hire – 1 Year, Extendable Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation details are not specified Application Instructions: • Check your resume against the job description using ChatGPT and verify your resume-to-JD match percentage before applying • Email your updated resume mentioning your resume match percentage in the email • Email Subject format: Application – AI Infrastructure Engineer – Bengaluru
