• Role & Company / Project Overview: Haqdarshak is hiring for the position of Fellow to support impactful community-level interventions in Beed, Maharashtra. The Fellow will lead grassroots activities aimed at assisting senior citizens and marginalized beneficiaries in accessing social welfare schemes. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Mobilise and support field agents to reach senior citizens and their caregivers in the assigned location. - Help beneficiaries access relevant government schemes and essential documents. - Conduct digital and financial literacy (DFL) sessions within the community. - Support the issuance of Sammaan Yojana Cards and facilitate linkages to welfare schemes. - Maintain accurate field data and report ongoing progress to the program team. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Relevant educational background such as MSW, BSW, or Degree in Social Work / related fields. - Strong passion for community work, fieldwork, and grassroots social development. - Effective mobilization, coordination, communication, and field reporting skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Beed, Maharashtra, India (3 Openings). - Nature: Fieldwork-based community role. • Compensation & Benefits: - Not specified. • Application Instructions: - To apply, email your updated CV to the designated recruitment contacts.
