Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview SAAD Foundation is looking for dedicated and motivated individuals to join its Integrated Community Development Program as Gram Mitra in Pune and contribute to grassroots-level community development initiatives. This role focuses on empowering communities and driving positive social impact through health, nutrition, and welfare awareness. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct nutrition awareness sessions with Anganwadi centres, schools, and community groups. - Conduct household visits, support malnutrition screening, and facilitate referrals. - Create awareness about government welfare schemes and assist community members with documentation and applications. - Organize menstrual health and hygiene awareness sessions for adolescent girls and women in schools and communities. - Coordinate with Anganwadi centres, schools, and health posts to strengthen community engagement and hold stakeholder meetings. - Plan and conduct community-based thematic activities and awareness campaigns. - Maintain accurate records and proper documentation of sessions and awareness camps. - Manage data effectively and upload daily task reports through the designated application. - Submit daily activity reports through WhatsApp. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Educational Qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate. - Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of fieldwork experience. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Genuine interest in community engagement and social development. - Ability to conduct field visits and coordinate community activities effectively. - Responsible approach to data management, documentation, and reporting. - Commitment to improving community health, awareness, and well-being. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India (Grassroots field visits and community engagement). • Compensation & Benefits - Salary is based on experience. • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can apply by submitting their resume to the designated contact person at SAAD Foundation.
