Role & Company / Project Overview: Opportunity to lead a high-performing production team and advance your career in the semiconductor industry with a Multinational Corporation (MNC) based in Batu Kawan, Penang. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to achieve operational targets • Lead, coach, and support production operators to meet productivity and quality goals • Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output delivery • Enforce manufacturing procedures, safety practices, and company policies • Analyze production performance and implement corrective actions when required • Prepare production, personnel, and operational reports • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, quality, and yield • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing operations • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company requirements Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field • 1 to 3 years of experience in Semiconductor or Electronics Manufacturing • Leadership or supervisory experience is an added advantage Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Batu Kawan, Penang, Malaysia • Shifts: Willing to work on a Rotational Shift Compensation & Benefits: • Full-time employment within a leading multinational semiconductor manufacturing environment Application Instructions: Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume for consideration.
