• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Halieis Anthropon Group is hiring a Power Supply & Distribution Technician for its client, a leading data center platform operator in the Asia Pacific region delivering carrier-neutral, high-performance data center solutions. Strategically located across key digital hubs, the company builds and operates next-generation data centers with a strong focus on reliability, security, sustainability, and operational excellence. This role is strictly for candidates currently residing in Batam. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct 24/7 monitoring and routine inspections of power supply and distribution systems. - Execute preventive maintenance, address hazards and faults, and respond to emergencies. - Implement data center management policies and ensure safe, standardized operations. - Execute O&M workflows and service delivery processes on-site. - Implement operating procedures and perform on-site O&M for power supply and distribution equipment and UPS systems. - Supervise construction and maintenance activities with strong safety oversight. - Ensure adherence to Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Associate degree or higher in Electromechanical Engineering, Automation, or Power Supply and Distribution. - Minimum 1 year of experience in implementation and maintenance of power supply & distribution systems and UPS systems. - Must hold a nationally recognized High-Voltage Electrical Operation Certificate (Special Operation Certificate). - Familiarity with AIDC low-voltage systems or refrigeration systems is a plus. - Strong adaptability and willingness to accept off-site assignments. - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English. - Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required. - Candidates MUST currently reside in Batam. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working hours: 24/7 monitoring and operational support. - Location: Nongsa, Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia. - Work arrangement: Onsite data center operations. • Compensation & Benefits - Professional growth opportunities in mission-critical digital infrastructure. - Comprehensive safety standards and professional technical environment. • Application Instructions - Send updated CV to the designated recruitment email address.
