Job description

Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring an experienced Facility Engineer on behalf of our client, a leading company in the Data Centre industry. This is a permanent position directly under the client, offering significant exposure to critical infrastructure operations, project work, vendor management, emergency response, and team leadership in a mission-critical data centre environment. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Manage and execute day-to-day operations and maintenance of mission-critical data centre facilities infrastructure. • Oversee vendor management, project execution, and maintenance contractors. • Provide 24x7 operational support and rapid emergency response to ensure continuous facility uptime. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and demonstrate team leadership within facility operations. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Bachelor's Degree or Higher Diploma in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in 24x7 mission-critical facilities. • Strong background and practical experience in data centre operations. • Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Comfort and readiness to work within a shift-based operational environment. Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: South Jakarta, Indonesia. • Work Arrangement: Full Onsite. • Working Schedule: Shift-based roster consisting of 6 days on followed by 2 days off, working 8 hours per day. • Employment Type: Permanent directly under the client.
