• Role & Company / Project Overview PT Halieis Anthropon Group is hiring a Smart Technology Technician on behalf of its client, a leading data center operator delivering secure, reliable, and high-performance infrastructure solutions. With carrier-neutral facilities and advanced digital ecosystems, the client empowers businesses to scale with confidence in a connected world. The role is based in Nongsa, Batam, and is open strictly to Batam-based candidates. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Conduct 24/7 monitoring and routine inspections of security and low-voltage systems; perform daily equipment and system checks according to established routes, schedules, and procedures; accurately record, input, and summarize equipment operating parameters. - Manage routine preventive maintenance and handle potential hazards and malfunctions for security and low-voltage systems; participate in and execute emergency drills and rapid incident responses; collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals. - Maintain familiarity with the technical requirements and standards for data center security and low-voltage systems; master relevant technical skills and safety protocols; diagnose and resolve common faults; demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of assigned equipment and operating procedures, and the ability to operate independently. - Promptly identify potential operational hazards within the data center and report them to superiors. - Participate in testing, maintenance servicing, and repair activities for intelligent systems and other related infrastructure. - Endorse AIDC server room management policies on-site; collaborate to ensure operational safety and maintain standardized management practices. - Oversee and coordinate the management of Safety, Quality, and Hygiene standards across AIDC operations and the facility campus, ensuring compliance and achieving management objectives. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Associate degree or higher in a relevant field such as Information Technology. - At least one year of experience in the on-site implementation and maintenance of security/low-voltage systems and fire safety systems. - Strong learning ability, a strong sense of responsibility, and a collaborative team spirit. - Must hold a nationally recognized Low-Voltage or High-Voltage Electrician Operation Certificate and an Intermediate-level Fire Facility Operator Certificate (Monitoring specialization). - Strong adaptability; candidates willing to accept and adapt to off-site assignments are preferred. - Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and able to communicate effectively in English. - Mandarin language skills are an advantage but not required. - Candidates MUST currently reside in Batam. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Working hours: 24/7 monitoring schedules and emergency response drills. - Location: Nongsa, Batam, Riau Islands, Indonesia. - Work arrangement: Onsite data center operations. • Compensation & Benefits - Career growth. - Continuous learning. - Collaborative culture. - Safe and healthy environment. • Application Instructions - Submit updated CV to the specified recruitment email address.
