• Role & Company / Project Overview Join a leading semiconductor manufacturer as an Advanced SMT Process Engineer – Power Modules in Bangkok. In this role, you will work hands-on with engineering and production teams to enhance process performance, product quality, and cost efficiency across manufacturing operations. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Work directly on advanced Surface Mount Technology (SMT) processes specifically for power modules. - Apply hands-on technical expertise in Solder Paste Inspection (SPI), Automated Optical Inspection (AOI), and reflow engineering and optimisation. - Drive comprehensive process improvements from initial experimentation and testing through to full-scale mass production. - Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary engineering and production teams to optimize yield, enhance overall process performance, maintain quality standards, and improve cost efficiency. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 3+ years of professional SMT process engineering experience within IC packaging or PCBA manufacturing environments. - Solid practical expertise in process optimisation, SPI, AOI, and reflow engineering. - Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting capabilities. - Good English communication skills. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Employment Type: Full-time - Work Arrangement: On-site - Location: Bangkok, Thailand • Compensation & Benefits - Standard company benefits applicable to the position (salary details not specified). • Application Instructions - Interested candidates should apply online or submit their detailed resume to the designated recruitment contact.
