• Role & Company / Project Overview: Advanced Energy Thailand, partnered with Manpower Thailand, is hiring a Process Engineer – Wave Soldering for its manufacturing operations at Rojana Laem Chabang, Chonburi. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Define, monitor, and optimize wave soldering parameters and profiles for electronic assemblies - Address soldering defects (bridging, voids, insufficient fill) and implement sustainable solutions - Maintain equipment setup, fixtures, pallet designs, and solder pot chemistry controls - Support new product introduction (NPI) wave soldering readiness • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Engineering degree in Materials, Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering - Proven background in wave soldering processes within EMS, Electronics, or Automotive Electronics - In-depth understanding of flux, thermal profiling, and solder quality standards • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Event: Open House Interviews on Saturday, 10 & 17 October 2026 (By Reserved Appointment Only) - Location: Rojana Laem Chabang, Chonburi, Thailand • Compensation & Benefits: - Competitive compensation, modern workplace environment, and extensive career opportunities • Application Instructions: Register through Manpower Thailand for initial screening and interview booking.
