### Role & Company / Project Overview L&T Technology Services is hiring an experienced Project Manager – Automotive Hardware / BMS with strong project leadership experience and a solid understanding of the automotive electronics product development lifecycle. ### Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead Automotive Hardware / BMS projects across scope, schedule, effort, cost, quality, and delivery. • Develop and track project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and resource requirements. • Drive cross-functional coordination across Hardware, System, Software, Mechanical, Validation, Manufacturing, and supplier teams. • Monitor deliverables and ensure adherence to committed milestones and customer expectations. • Manage project risks, issue escalations, change requests, and corrective actions. • Conduct customer and stakeholder reviews and provide regular project status updates. • Drive projects through development, validation, and series release with a strong focus on timely delivery. ### Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 8+ years of relevant experience in automotive ECU, BMS, and electronics hardware development. • Strong automotive electronics project management experience. • Good understanding of the hardware product development lifecycle. • Experience in estimation, planning, resource management, risk management, and delivery tracking. • Strong customer and stakeholder management skills. • Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination abilities. • Technical understanding of BMS / Automotive Electronics / Hardware Development preferred. ### Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. • Domain: Automotive ECU | BMS | Electronics Hardware Development. ### Compensation & Benefits • Competitive compensation as per corporate standards at L&T Technology Services. ### Application Instructions • Interested candidates can apply by sharing their updated profile to the recruitment team.
