Role & Company / Project Overview Samvid Search is recruiting an experienced Project Manager – EV / Automotive for multi-project leadership in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh. The selected professional will lead and manage multiple electric vehicle (EV) and automotive projects end-to-end from initial planning through product launch. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Lead and drive multiple EV/automotive projects simultaneously. • Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain Management (SCM). • Manage end-to-end customer communication, milestone reviews, and escalations. • Track and control project timeline, cost, quality metrics, and delivery schedules. • Proactively identify technical and operational risks and drive timely resolution. • Manage comprehensive project plans, milestones, budgets, and executive stakeholder reporting. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 10–15 years of proven Project Management experience in the EV / Automotive industry. • Strong cross-functional leadership and customer management expertise. • Prior experience in automotive product development and manufacturing is preferred. • Strong communication, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills. • Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
