Role & Company / Project Overview: We are hiring Escalation Engineers on behalf of a US-based product company through People Gamut HR Solutions in Bangalore. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: • Provide high-level escalation engineering and technical support for advanced storage and operating system environments. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues involving network attached storage, filesystems, and protocol stacks. • Collaborate with engineering and product teams to drive critical issue resolution. Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: • Experience: 12 to 16 years of experience. • Core Technical Skills: - Object Storage - NAS (Network Attached Storage) - Linux / BSD operating systems - Networking and protocol stacks (SMB, NFS, etc.) - Filesystems Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
