• Role & Company / Project Overview Xevyte Technologies is hiring a skilled Major Incident Manager (MIM) to join the Aruba Managed Services team in Bangalore. The role is responsible for overseeing critical incidents, orchestrating technical resolution teams, driving rapid service restoration, and managing high-stakes communications across customer and executive stakeholders. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Manage major incidents, critical network/system outages, and high-priority escalations. - Lead technical incident bridge calls, war rooms, and end-to-end service restoration activities. - Coordinate seamlessly with L2, L3, Engineering, and Field Support teams. - Lead and manage customer-facing and executive-level communications during critical incidents. - Track incident timelines, structured action plans, and resolution progress systematically. - Conduct post-incident reviews (PIR) and drive corrective and preventive action items (CAPA). - Ensure strict SLA compliance and contribute to continuous service improvement. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Major Incident Management, Incident Management, or Escalation Management. - Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and professional communication skills. - Proven experience handling critical incidents and enterprise-level customers. - Knowledge of ITIL frameworks, service operations, networking, cloud, or general IT infrastructure is preferred. - Ability to work effectively and maintain composure in a high-pressure environment. - Immediate joiners only. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid. - Shift Timings: Must be comfortable working in 24×7 rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Eligible candidates can share their updated resume to the contact email address.
