Role & Company / Project Overview Xevyte is seeking a Network Engineer – NOC L1 with strong networking fundamentals, troubleshooting expertise, and excellent communication skills to support enterprise network environments. Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties • Provide L1 Network Operations Center (NOC) support across enterprise network environments • Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and support for LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, and Wi-Fi networks • Configure and troubleshoot Ethernet, VLAN, switching, and IPv4 environments • Work with Aruba, Cisco, and multi-vendor network technologies • Utilize network monitoring systems and ticketing tools for incident tracking and resolution • Deliver high-quality technical customer support and liaise effectively across teams Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience • 1.5–4 years of relevant networking experience • Immediate joiners preferred • Strong fundamentals in Ethernet, VLAN, Switching, Wi-Fi, and IPv4 • Proficient in DNS, DHCP, and LAN/WAN troubleshooting • Experience with Aruba, Cisco, and multi-vendor network technologies • Experience with network monitoring and ticketing tools • Strong customer support and communication skills • Preferred Skills / Certifications: CCNA, CWNA, or CCNP certification • Preferred experience with Aruba Central, AirWave, ClearPass, and Mobility Controllers • Preferred basic knowledge of TCP/IP, VPN, SD-WAN, BGP, and OSPF Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details • Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India • Work Mode: Hybrid • Shifts: 24/7 Rotational Shifts Compensation & Benefits • Standard company benefits package Application Instructions • Interested candidates can share their updated resumes via email.
