• Role & Company / Project Overview NovoTree Minds is seeking experienced ServiceNow ITAM Professionals to oversee and implement IT Asset Management lifecycle solutions across enterprise environments. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Implement, configure, and maintain ServiceNow IT Asset Management (ITAM) modules - Manage end-to-end Hardware Asset Management (HAM) lifecycles and tracking processes - Oversee Software Asset Management (SAM) configurations, license compliance, reconciliation, and optimization - Align asset inventories with organizational procurement and governance standards • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - Hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITAM, Hardware Asset Management (HAM), and Software Asset Management (SAM) - Mandatory Certification: Certified Implementation Specialist – Hardware Asset Management (CIS – HAM) OR Certified Implementation Specialist – Software Asset Management (CIS – SAM) • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India - Work Arrangement: Hybrid • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are invited to share their updated resume with the recruiter via the listed email address.
