Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: NTT DATA is hiring a skilled ServiceNow CMDB Specialist to join the IT infrastructure and service management team. The specialist will be responsible for maintaining accurate CMDB data, supporting discovery and service mapping, and collaborating with IT and business teams to ensure data integrity, governance, and automation initiatives. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Manage and administer ServiceNow CMDB & Service Mapping. - Oversee CMDB Discovery Management and Cloud Discovery. - Manage CI Class & Hierarchy structures. - Configure and maintain the Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE). - Execute CMDB Data Modeling and CI Lifecycle Management. - Maintain and monitor ITOM, Discovery, and MID Server infrastructure. - Enforce CMDB Health & Governance, Data Normalization & Deduplication. - Configure Integrations and Service Graph Connectors. - Work in alignment with ITSM modules including HAM/SAM. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 7+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow CMDB and related ITSM/ITOM modules. - Strong expertise in CMDB discovery, service mapping, CI hierarchy, IRE, and IT infrastructure management. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid (2 Days Work from Office). - Shift: Night Shift. - Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred. • Application Instructions: Interested candidates should submit their updated resume with the subject line 'ServiceNow CMDB Specialist'.
