• Role & Company / Project Overview We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Integration Specialist with strong technical expertise in ITSM modules, integrations, and platform development. This role is based in Bangalore, and immediate joiners are preferred. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties - Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow ITSM applications based on business requirements. - Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and third-party applications using REST and SOAP APIs. - Work on ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. - Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. - Troubleshoot integration issues, resolve technical defects, and ensure smooth data flow between systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective technical solutions. - Support platform upgrades, enhancements, testing, and production issues. - Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience - 5 to 6 years of relevant experience. - Mandatory Certifications: • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) • ServiceNow ITSM Certification - Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITSM and integrations. - Proficiency with REST and SOAP APIs, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Flow Designer. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Joining: Immediate Joiners Only / Immediate Joiners Preferred. • Compensation & Benefits - Not specified. • Application Instructions - Interested candidates are requested to submit their updated resume via DM or directly to the recruiter's email address.
