Job description
• Role & Company / Project Overview: We are seeking an experienced and hands-on ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of dedicated professional experience to design, develop, and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in IT Asset Management (HAM & SAM) and demonstrate a strong ability to effectively leverage out-of-the-box (OOTB) capabilities. • Key Responsibilities & Daily Duties: - Design, configure, and develop robust, scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to organizational requirements. - Leverage ServiceNow Out-Of-The-Box (OOTB) capabilities effectively across modules. - Build and maintain Service Catalog items, Catalog Items, and Record Producers. - Configure and automate workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub. - Implement secure REST API integrations with third-party systems. - Develop clean JavaScript code and execute advanced ServiceNow server/client scripting. - Perform data migration, manage Import Sets, build Transform Maps, and execute seamless data imports. - Administer and optimize ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM structures. • Required Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development. - Strong expertise in ServiceNow HAM Pro (Hardware Asset Management) and SAM Pro (Software Asset Management). - Proven experience with Service Catalog, Catalog Items, and Record Producers. - Hands-on mastery of Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST API Integrations. - Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting. - Solid experience in Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Data Imports. - Strong conceptual and working knowledge of ITSM, CMDB, and CSDM. - Certification Requirements: Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory. CIS-HAM and/or CIS-SAM certifications are highly desirable. • Working Hours, Shifts & Location Details: - Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India. - Work Mode: Hybrid (2 days in-office and 3 days work from home). • Compensation & Benefits: - Budget: Maximum up to 30 LPA (Lakhs Per Annum). • Application Instructions: - Interested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV or profile for consideration.
